From just an idea to a strong brand name in Europe!
How did we help our client to expand to European market and grow a successful business in 10 countries!
In October 2018, company X has contacted us with a request to help them enter the European market. They had an idea and a supplier, but they didn’t know how to accomplish delivery, clear the customs and open their business in Europe, so they turned to us for help.
Following the request, our team helped the company X to prepare all the necessary reports, conducted massive preparatory work, chose a strategy and developed a work plan.
Now, we will show you the first results of our work for October 2018:
Here's how it all happened:
- We have provided reports of current marketing research in European markets. In the reports, we displayed data on redemption and trends for different groups of goods in dynamics, the average check by country, popular reasons for potentially possible returns and much more.
- Together with the client, we chose products and target countries with a regard to research and conducted tests.
- Simultaneously, our IT specialists were setting up integration for orders’ transfers
- After integration, we placed the first consignments of goods in warehouses in Europe in those countries from which, after the tests, we decided to start trading.
- At the same time, the client was building and setting up the operation of their own Call Center, in accordance with our recommendations
- Gradually, with help of our support, the client opened up new countries and expanded the assortment line.
- We started working on the COD (Cash on Delivery) post-payment system, gradually in the process of cooperation with our help we connected the PrePay client - that is, the ability to pay with credit card
- Today, the client has already patented his product and owns his own strong brand.
