Annual General Meeting - 31st October 2009

WAPI ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 31ST OCTOBER 2009

The WAPI Annual General Meeting is to take place at 15.00 hours on Saturday the 31st October 2009 at the Radisson SAS Hotel, 12 Holloway Circus, Queensway, Birmingham, B1 1BT.  This will be held after the Midlands Regional Meeting which commences at 10.00 hours.

Any WAPI member may attend the AGM, however advance booking is required and you will need to inform our General Secretary, Emma Rowley, prior to the date of the meeting.  You may call Emma on 0870 9099970 or email on generalsecretary@wapi.com.

This is your opportunity, as a member of WAPI, to have your say in electing the new Governing Council.  All members will be deemed to have voted "yes" for the new Governing Council UNLESS you notify the General Secretary, Emma Rowley in writing prior to the day of the AGM.  Members votes will then be cast by the General Secretary at the AGM.
