THE BIG "D" APPROACHES

World Investigators Conference 2010

In a little over a week, WAPI GC Members and Associates will start the long journey to Big "D" Dallas Texas, the Lone Star State!! long associated with Cowboys and Texas Rangers, and now from March 11 to March 13 the setting for the largest gathering of Private Investigators since the last World Investigators Conference in Las vegas five years ago - where has the time gone?

WHO FROM WAPI WILL BE THERE?

WAPI are being ably represented in Dallas by Chairman John Edwards, Governing Council Members Ian Withers, US Representative Warren Levicoff and EU Representaive Rick Howatson. We know that we have a number of WAPI Members from as far afield as India, Ukraine and Australia! and of course WAPI Honorary Member Jimmie Mesis is not only there! but is the Prime Organiser - as well as a Speaker and running a Vendor Stand for PI Magazine.

WHO ELSE WILL BE THERE

Over 1000 Delegates from around the World and right across the USA will assemble in Dallas to hear the latest updates in lboth aw and investigative techniques, to visit the many Vendor Stands with the latest Equipment and Data Facilities.

Many Presentations by acknowledged Experts in Specialist Areas will be on offer, including the Founder of the Julian Kroll Investigative Empire!  - John Walsh the well known Presenter of many TV Programs and other highly respected Professionals in their diverse fields all provide an ideal setting to absorb new knowledge, update and be introduced to the many facets of our incredible Profession

IS IT WORTH IT?

Here in the UK, we can be rather "insular" in terms of the wider (international" PI Profession. Very few UK based Investigators have capitalised in the international investigative market-place. Yet, the world has and continues to get smaller and the international demands steadily increase. The need for international due diligence, including pre-employment steadily increases as World security and anti terrorism areas expand.

To have the opportunity to meet with and socialise with one's Associates from so many geographic locations, is truly invaluable and really helps to forge bonds and relationships which can last for years!

Worth every single penny, a business expence which will produne immense returns over years to come.

As a WAPI Member, if yiou are not fortunate enough to get over to Texas this year, your Representatives will be reporting on the Site and on the eGroups to let you all get the "flavour" of the Event, and hopefully, you will get to attend a future Event?

A final thanks to Jimmie Mesis for his tremendous efforts on behalf of the Profession in general and WAPI in particular. and also to TALI - Texas Association of Licensed Investigators and the other Participants in this Unique Event
