Advertising Opportunities - WIC Dallas 2010

 

Members, as you may or may not know, WAPI is an Association Sponsor of the World Investigators’ Conference (WIC) which takes pace in Dallas, Texas 10^th to 13^th March 2010.

This conference is the largest conference to be held since the Las Vegas WIC of 2005. Once again a number of the GC will be travelling (at their own expense to attend) and WAPI will have an exhibition stand at the conference.

We not only intend to fly the flag for WAPI but we are also intending in having a rolling presentation on a 42” Colour Monitor, which can also, at very competitive rates, show case your own agency to the largest Investigators Conference in the world. Just imagine that your details will be observed by literally hundreds of Private Investigators and end users from around the world.

What we are offering is a two to four page Power Point insertion which will be showing non stop along with also having, if you choose to participate, your business cards available to distribute from the stand. So if you are unable to attend the conference in person do the next best thing and provide a presence at least. If however you are able to attend this worldwide conference make yourself known by stopping by at your stand and have a chat with one of the GC.

WIC Advertising rates:

A.      2 page Power Point insertion over 3 days £60.00 + Business Card Distribution =100 Cards

B.      3 page Power Point insertion over 3 days £70.00 + Business Card Distribution =150 Cards

C.      4 page Power Point insertion over 3 days £80.00 + Business Card Distribution =200 Cards

D.      Business card Distribution only £30.00 per 100 cards.

E.       Leaflets can be substituted for Business Cards

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

1.       Power Point content is to be submitted to the General Secretary with remittance by the 15^th February 2010.  Please forward to support@wapi.com.

2.       The WAPI GC reserves the right to change alter or adjust any Power Point Presentation to comply with any legal requirements that might be in existence.

3.       The Power Point Insertion will form a part of the overall presentation as edited by the WAPI Marketing Chairperson.
